Band 7 – Salary Range £52,845 – £61,466 per annum
Distant Island Allowance of £2,578 per annum and Relocation Assistance of up to £4,000 available
We are delighted to welcome an enthusiastic clinician to support Psychological Services within NHS Shetland Community Mental Health Team. The role involves:
- A varied individual clinical caseload across the spectrum of mental health difficulties.
- Regular supervision by the Consultant Psychologist in the service.
- Opportunities to provide supervision, MDT consultation and training to a range of staff.
- Development of, and contribution to, the growth of our group programme.
- A commitment to continuing professional development and career development.
This contract is for a fixed-term for 12 months. The reason for the fixed-term contract is to reduce waiting lists and is linked to fixed-term funding. The main base for this post is Lerwick Health Centre with some work at Scalloway and optional hybrid working.
