Community Employment Specialist – East Lancashire

Maximus is seeking an Employment Specialist in West Lancashire to support vulnerable adults in gaining meaningful employment. This community-based role requires travel within the delivery area and engagement with various stakeholders, including participants and employers.

The ideal candidate will have skills in problem-solving and communication, as well as relevant qualifications in supported employment techniques. Benefits include a salary of £29,000 – £33,500 and 25 days annual leave.
