£26,650.00 per annum plus TRONC and superb benefits.

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience.

Joining the team, you will provide a warm welcome to all guests. Previous experience in a hotel reception, preferably in a luxury four or five‑star market, would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with a hotel PMS is also beneficial. Strong communication skills, the ability to work under pressure and immaculate personal presentation, as well as a professional and warm personality are essential.
