Main Responsibilities

  • Administration of key company accounts for customers with major retail brands.
  • Organising the dispatch of finished goods to the end customer which will involve communication with internal and external sources.
  • Provide internal support for Commercial Team.
  • Co‑ordinate the reduction of finished goods holding.
  • Maintain and update customer records.
  • Deal efficiently with customer complaints.
  • Interface with Production, Scheduling and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
  • Collating and generating internal production requirements.
  • Supporting the Customer Service and Supply Chain Teams by carrying out any administrative duties.
  • Collate weekly reports using Excel to support business requirements.
  • To adhere to the Health and Safety policy, following all company policies and procedures that have been put in place to ensure your welfare and that of others.
  • Being mindful that the Health, Safety and Wellbeing at work is everyone’s responsibility.
  • Assist in the administration of On Time and In Full Deliveries Tracker.
  • Assist in the administration of customer satisfaction measurement.
  • Attend customer off‑site visits when necessary.
  • Liase with multiple supply chain stakeholders.
