PiP Architects is a highly respected, design-led practice based in central Cambridge, delivering a wide range of innovative and distinctive projects across Cambridgeshire and Norfolk. Our work spans from unique one-off homes and exclusive sustainable developments to sympathetic heritage office conversions and much more.

We are currently looking for a Part I or Part II Architectural Assistant to support the delivery of multiple projects across all RIBA work stages.

Your role and responsibilities will include…

  • Assisting with the production of planning and technical drawing packages
  • Supporting project teams through RIBA stages 1-7
  • Using Revit on a daily basis to create models and drawings
  • Assisting senior project runners with design development

The skills and experience we are looking for…

  • Part I or Part II qualification in Architecture
  • Proficiency in Revit including competence to prepare layouts and models
  • Ability to develop planning suite drawings by following a brief
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and building regulation requirements
  • Basic knowledge of JCT (or similar) contracts and professional obligations
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Awareness of design and safety standards
