Founders Associate – Construction Tech

Location: UK-based (Hybrid: 3‑5 days per week, flexible)

The Role

• Work closely with the founders in a hybrid Chief of Staff / EA capacity, providing operational and strategic support across the business.
• Partner across teams to drive key initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and optimise internal processes.
• Assist with product oversight and client‑facing projects, ensuring high standards and timely delivery.
• Build dashboards, track metrics, and provide insights to enable data‑driven decision‑making.
• Gain exposure to leadership, commercial strategy, and the inner workings of a fast‑moving startup.

Requirements

• Previous experience in startups, consulting, or operational roles supporting senior leadership.
• Exceptional organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and hungry to take on responsibility in a high‑growth environment.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and adapting to a fast‑paced, evolving business.
