Warehouse Technician – Panalux London

The Role:

We are looking for an experienced warehouse professional to join our Lighting Operations team in Hayes, London! This is a permanent, full-time position (40 hours per week, Monday to Friday) requiring flexibility for a weekly shift rotation of early (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) and late (11:00 AM – 8:00 PM) shifts, with approximately one weekend shift per month.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Safely and efficiently unload and load vehicles with minimal supervision, ensuring swift turnaround times.
• Proactively liaise with shift leaders and Heads of Departments to address any equipment-related issues.
• Provide exceptional support to crews by understanding and addressing their equipment needs.
• Conduct thorough quality checks and perform basic first-line maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, strictly follow safety protocols, and contribute to efficient equipment dispatch and inventory management.
• Assist with stock control activities, including collections and deliveries as required.
• Accurately fulfil equipment requests while strictly adhering to our quality standards.

• Valid driver’s license for the occasional transportation of equipment (desirable).
