Maintenance Operative (Multi-Site)
East Anglian Schools Trust | Full time, permanent | 37 hours | Grade 4 Primarily based in the Woodbridge area
We are seeking a practical, hands‑on Maintenance Operative to join our Estates team in a varied and rewarding role across our primary schools, primarily based in the Woodbridge area.
Working across multiple sites, you will play a key part in keeping our schools safe, secure and well maintained. You will carry out day‑to‑day repairs, support health and safety compliance, and help create high‑quality environments for pupils and staff.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver general maintenance, repairs and site support
- Help maintain safe, clean and secure school premises
- Support contractors and assist with planned works
- Contribute to health and safety checks and compliance
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in maintenance, caretaking or a trade background
- Practical skills across basic repairs and building maintenance
- A proactive, reliable and flexible approach
- Ability to work across multiple sites
