YOUR ROLE
Our team based in Burton, working with a prestigious client, is looking for an Admin Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a fast‑paced, supportive environment where you’ll play a key role in keeping both administration and finance functions running smoothly.
This is a Monday to Friday role 08:30 to 17:00. This role pays £27,539.2 per annum.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Process weekly payroll across multiple systems, including resolving pay queries and producing accurate reports.
- Produce timely and accurate management information to support both site operations and central functions.
- Ensure all administrative processes are completed in line with company policies and client requirements.
- Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within your areas of responsibility.
- Manage supplier queries and liaise effectively with external partners.
- Maintain and regularly audit employee records to ensure compliance.
- Support internal and external audits as required.
- Act as the main point of contact for all administrative matters.
- Raise and receipt purchase orders, ensuring accurate financial tracking and cost allocation.
- Manage filing systems and general office administration efficiently.
