Job Title: Reverse Logistics Operative (Days)
Location: Darlington
Full-time: Permanent
Salary: £13.49 per hour, plus bonus, weekend and bank holiday allowances.

In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring our products are returned, processed, and handled with the utmost care while maintaining high hygiene standards.
Position Summary: To ensure all recycling products are processed correctly following guidelines. To ensure hygiene levels are maintained to a high standard and all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner complying with AIB/DQMP standards and in accordance with the Food Hygiene, Health and Safety Legislation and within Company procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating a variety of MHE as well as a ride on and a scissor lift
- To work in a multi temperature food storage environment
- To work to, have knowledge of and actively promote AIB, DQMP and Work Place Organisation standards
- To complete all schedules in a timely manner and complete the associated paperwork
- To ensure all recycling products within the DC are packed and loaded correctly for transport
Profile
Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team, requiring minimal supervision. Highly organised, safety-focused, and flexible in approach, with a proven ability to follow instructions and consistently meet deadlines.
You will be fluent in written and spoken English with a good level of Maths and some basic PC skills.

Desirable
- Previous hygiene experience and working in a physically demanding multi-temperature FMCG environment
- MEWP experience
- Experience of MHE driving
