MS Care Coordinator & Data Liaison

St George’s University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Multiple Sclerosis Coordinator to enhance patient outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will manage clinic bookings and support the nursing team in data collection and service development.
