Responsibilities

• Support each individual, helping them build independence, celebrate their achievements, and assist them in making choices every day.
• Participate in a wide range of activities—from outings such as food or pub visits, arts and crafts, planning days out, exploring new places, to quieter moments in the lounge watching films, listening to music or chatting.
• Engage in voluntary opportunities like major sporting events.
• Work shifts such as 8‑8 or 8‑10, with flexibility to meet everyone’s needs, showing a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Attend full training and reflective sessions where staff share ideas and continue improving support provision.
