Complex Care Support Worker – Make a Real Difference!
Join our team to support a young boy with complex needs including a brain injury, dystonia, epilepsy, visual impairment, and communication difficulties.
Shift Type & Hours
Both day and waking night shifts are available. Days – up to full‑time hours (weekdays 08:00–11:00/12:00 & 14:15–19:00, weekends 09:00–15:00 & half‑term 08:30–19:00). Nights – up to full‑time hours (22:00–07:00).
Pay – Days: £17.00 per hour weekdays, £18.00 per hour weekends. Nights: £18.00 per hour.
About the Role
You’ll support the boy physically and emotionally, helping him live life to the fullest. You will build a strong, supportive relationship through clear communication and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring condition overnight.
- Support with daily/nightly routines.
- Administer medication.
- Assist with personal hygiene and mobility.
- Provide emotional support and companionship.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
