Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Salary: £27,254 – £30,024 per annum pro rata based on hours offeredHours: 23-30 hours per week (part time)Location: BromsgroveTeam: Bromsgrove Short BreaksContract: Permanent contractPosts: 5

Responsibilities

As a Residential Support Worker you will be ambitious for our young people in helping them to achieve their goals and optimising their potential. You will play a vital role in working directly with young people, building effective relationships with their families and other professionals. You will actively be involved in planning activities and require good communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with children or young people with disabilities
  • Passion and motivation for doing a great job
  • Good communication skills
