Support Worker

About the Role

We are looking for Support Workers covering Camborne & Hayle to support two gentlemen who live in their own homes, providing day‑to‑day assistance, leisure activities, and more. A driver is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the two gentlemen with daily needs and activities.
• Assist with leisure activities such as watching football games.
• Provide companionship and foster a supportive environment.
• Ensure safe and reliable transportation as the role requires driving.

Shifts and Contract

• Part time – 20 hours a week.
• Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• 24‑hour care services – rotas prepared at least 4 weeks in advance.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Positive and empathetic attitude toward individuals with learning disabilities.
• Enhanced DBS check and suitable references required.
