Bank Enabling Support Worker
Location: Martello Road – Eastbourne
Salary: £12.75 per hour

We are recruiting for Bank Enabling Support Workers at Shaftesbury Martello Road.
We seek individuals who are compassionate, skilled and committed to supporting adults with intellectual and physical disabilities.
Responsibilities
Provide support and encouragement to individuals, following the person‑centred support plan.
Maintain accurate records in line with service requirements, and administer personal care and medication as required.
Cover sleep‑in sessions, receiving an additional £60 per sleep‑in.
Support clients in independent living tenancy, shared houses and in their own homes.
