Position
Customer Service Advisor – 3 month Fixed Term Contract.You will join our fast-paced contact centre team, assisting customers with parking permit solutions. This role handles inbound phone calls and administrative duties, requiring excellent service over the phone and in writing.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first line of support for customer contact via telephone and email.
- Assist all customers with resolution of their car parking permit queries.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- Ensure the quality of work is generated to the highest standard.
- Adhere to the IPC Code of Practice, internal policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- Experience within a fast-paced, dynamic role.
- Customer service experience in a call centre (inbound or outbound).
- Organised and efficient with office administration – keeping the database up to date at all times and responding professionally to customers.
- Availability for a 3 month Fixed Term Contract.
- Successful completion of a DBS check.
Salary
£26,436.80 per annum, pro‑rata (≈ £12.71 per hour).
Hours
40 per week; Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm.
Location
Lancing.
Duration
3 month Fixed‑Term Contract.
