Cartref Cleddau prides itself on providing person-centered care that focuses on the individual needs and preferences of each resident. They have a team of qualified and experienced healthcare professionals who work closely with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop a personalised care plan for each resident.
Job Responsibilities
As a Support Worker you will be responsible for promoting physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. The will include, but not limited to:
- Providing person-centred care in line with an individual’s care plan
- Offering personal care, which includes assistance with bathing, dressing and hygiene
- Maintaining accurate documentation of care delivered, including fluid/food intake, activities and incidents
- Promoting dignity, choice and inclusion
- Working collaboratively as part of a team and supporting your colleagues in day-to-day duties
- Maintaining a safe, happy, and caring environment
