Important Information Before Applying

• Permanent continental shift pattern: 2 days, 2 nights, followed by 4 days off.
• Shift pattern: 2 days (7am‑7pm), 2 nights (7pm‑7am).
• Own transport is essential because the site is in a rural location.
• Full cleanroom PPE must be worn at all times.
• Strong attitude, reliability and willingness to learn.

The Role

You will be part of a specialist manufacturing team supporting precision production processes in a clean, highly controlled environment.

Duties

• Operate manufacturing and production equipment.
• Support precision assembly and processing activities.
• Work to production schedules and delivery targets.
• Complete quality checks and inspections throughout production.
• Follow strict manufacturing and safety procedures.
• Use computer systems to record and track production activity.
• Work in a cleanroom-controlled environment.
• Handle delicate components with care and accuracy.

Requirements

• Strong attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable work history and attendance record.
• Comfortable working 12‑hour continental shifts.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience is advantageous but not essential.
