About The Role

As an Operations Assistant within EKC Group you will support the Operations Manager in providing an effective, efficient and comprehensive service, including answering telephone calls, emails and queries from learners, employers and College staff, and maintaining accurate records using relevant software. You will also attend enrolment sessions and exams at various sites across East Kent.

About You

EKC Training works over a wide geographical area supporting the learner journey.

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient member for our team. You will have recent experience of working in an administrative or funding‑related capacity for a Further Education establishment or a private training provider. You will also have experience of administering complex provision such as apprenticeships or adult funding and will be able to evidence working effectively with competing priorities to achieve tight deadlines.
