Shift Lead Volunteer: Lead Shop Ops & Community Impact

Oxfam International is seeking a Shift Lead Volunteer in Princes Risborough to help run the shop efficiently. In this role, you will ensure the shop is ready for trading, allocate tasks to other volunteers, and provide excellent customer service.

No experience is necessary as we provide full training. We welcome all individuals aged 18 and over who want to make a difference in their community. Volunteer positions offer flexibility and a chance to build valuable skills while meeting like-minded people.
