We are excited to be recruiting Support Workers for a brand-new supported living service in Camberley. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team and help shape a new service from the ground up.
Our service provides 1:1 person-centred support for individuals with learning disabilities, mental health needs, and challenging behaviours, promoting independence, choice, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality 1:1 support in a supported living environment
- Support individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs
- Manage and de-escalate challenging behaviour using positive behaviour support
- Assist with daily living skills, personal care, and community access
- Promote independence, dignity, and empowerment
- Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation and daily records
What We’re Looking For
- Passionate and compassionate Support Workers
- Experience in learning disabilities, mental health, autism, or challenging behaviour (preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to work day or night shifts and alternate weekends
- Strong communication skills and a person-centred approach
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to delivering outstanding care
