Hours

• Monday to Friday, day shift

The role of Production Operative:

• Up-keeping maintenance of tools and packs
• General warehouse duties including heavy lifting
• Picking tools/products needed for orders
• Packing the completed packs and orders
• Precision-focused and meticulous task management
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety

The ideal Production Operative:

• Production background with knowledge of mechanical and hand tools — required
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills for recording data
• Good eye for detail and shows initiative
• Willing to learn and show flexibility
• Team player with good timekeeping
