Job Description

You will act as the primary leverage for the Chief of Staff and founders, owning high-priority workstreams across finance, people operations, and strategy. As a smart generalist in a fast‑scaling team of 20, you will identify operational bottlenecks and build scalable solutions to help 1 billion people learn anything through gamification.

Responsibilities

• Execute a wide variety of mission‑critical projects across finance, compliance, and people operations to increase the leverage of the leadership team.

• Build and iterate on internal processes from scratch, ensuring the company’s operational infrastructure can support rapid global scaling.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within a high‑growth startup, strategy consulting, or a rigorous corporate graduate scheme.
• Exceptional numerical literacy and the ability to communicate complex insights succinctly to founders and investors.
• Low‑ego, “builder” mindset with proactive drive to solve problems independently and obsession with continuous learning.
