What will you do?
- To support the workforce planning and resource deployment for major events and venuesassociated M&E activity, focusing on the provision of the right resources, with the right skills, andexperience to meet the operational and fiscal brief
- To support the people team in booking and confirming appropriate levels of staff for the planners. Tosupport on engagement programs, both on event days and in between, to maximize loyalty andcommitment.
- Analyse and identify opportunities for improvement, develop strategies, and implement solutions to support business needs and goals
- To communicate effectively, liaising with the operational teams on site and the casual workforce as thekey stakeholders to this role.
- Ensure the operation, including agency team members, complies with current health and safety, food hygiene, and maintains Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence
More about you
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role and workforce
Knowledge or ability to use an HR or Workforce management system, including accessing, inputting, and compiling data
Skills in prioritisation, time management, communication, customer service, and relationship building
Ability to travel and work at Wembley Stadium, and possibly other venues as necessary
- Availability to work evenings and weekends is essential
