Performance Coach: Lead Elite Swim Squad to Nationals

Swim England in Teddington is seeking an experienced Performance Coach to lead one of our performance squads and support our Head Coach. The ideal candidate will have experience leading their own squad and taking swimmers to County and Regional levels, with National level experience being a plus.

This role requires a mix of evening, early morning, and weekend work. We’re looking for a skilled coach who can fit into our close-knit team and contribute to our club’s success.
