Senior Account Manager – London
Responsibilities
- Manage strategically important clients and day‑to‑day demands for a high‑profile social media account portfolio.
- Lead campaign strategy and social execution for multi‑million pound budgets, working closely with a Senior Account Director.
- Coordinate production, research, strategy, creative, and editorial teams to deliver measurable impact and meet client expectations.
- Identify growth opportunities with existing accounts and turn them into new briefs.
- Ensure all activities comply with sign‑off processes and deliver client‑report presentations.
- Present confidently on camera and manage independent shoots.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in always‑on social strategy and content production.
- Strong track record in coordinating campaigns to timeline and budget with high delivery standards.
- Experience managing large budgets and working with senior stakeholders.
- Demonstrable social expertise, knowledge of trends and emerging technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present to clients.
- Accountability, solutions‑driven, and proactive in managing escalations.
