Job Overview
10Million refurbishment of an existing food facility, involving installation of a new production line, white walling and rerouting of existing services, all carried out in a live environment until circa October/November 2026.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the site-based Project Manager, you will primarily oversee onsite works with specialist subcontractors from the EU on a daily basis to ensure all equipment installation is completed in accordance with the programme and health & safety requirements. Your role will be split 70/30 between site and office duties. You must be fully computer literate and have prior or current experience using Microsoft SharePoint. Other duties include submission of RAMS to the principal contractor and maintaining good client relations on site.
Qualifications
- Current CSCS Card
- SMSTS certification
- First Aid certificates
- Experience working on food & beverage and live occupied facilities (distinct advantage)
