This is a full time & term time only role, with scope for teacher training. The role is suitable for a Humanities Graduate Teaching Assistant who is considering a career in teaching and is eager to gain valuable, hands‑on classroom experience before committing to a PGCE.

Job Description

• Start date: September 2026
• Full time – Term time only
• Supporting students across KS3, KS4 & KS5 within the English and Humanities departments
• Delivering targeted interventions for literacy, reading comprehension & essay writing
• Supporting across subjects such as History, Geography & RE
• Supporting exam preparation & revision sessions
• Location: Ealing

Person Specification

• 1st Class / 2:1 Humanities, English or related degree from a reputable university
• Strong academic background, particularly in essay-based subjects
• Passionate about education and making a difference
• Confident, articulate and proactive
• Ideal for an aspiring Humanities teacher
