Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, well-structured, and creative lessons for Year 5 pupils
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress, providing clear and constructive feedback
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance teaching outcomes
- Engage in ongoing professional development to continually strengthen teaching skills
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has experience teaching within Year 5 or Key Stage 2
- Demonstrates strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Confident in differentiating lessons to meet diverse learning needs
- Possesses a solid understanding of the national curriculum and modern teaching practices
- Excellent communication skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Comfortable using technology to support and enhance learning
