Pay Scale: M1 – U3 (dependent on experience)

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering creative, differentiated lessons to meet individual learning needs
• Supporting pupils to achieve academic, social, and emotional progress
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Working collaboratively with teaching assistants, therapists, and support staff
• Monitoring progress and adapting teaching strategies where required
• Building strong relationships with pupils, families, and colleagues
• ASAP start in a well‑connected Reading location

Candidate Profile

Suitable for an experienced teacher or an ECT with a strong interest in special educational needs. A patient, adaptable, and nurturing approach is essential.
