Senior Resourcing Assistant
Fixed Term / Secondment to 22/02/2027.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our Resourcing team. The post holder will work as part of a team that provides an NHS Highland‑wide service covering all job families and geographical areas. Team activities include coordinating recruitment for posts on Agenda for Change, medical, dental, senior manager and executive terms and conditions of employment, bank and agency worker engagements, redeployment, and more.
Responsibilities
- Administer the full recruitment and on‑boarding process, including employment checks, contractual documentation, and providing advice and guidance to hiring managers, employees, and applicants.
- Support the coordination of recruitment for posts on Agenda for Change and other terms and conditions of employment.
- Assist with bank and agency worker engagements and redeployment.
Qualifications
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence with systems and data entry.
- SVQ Level 3 in Administration or equivalent.
The contractual base for the post holder will be Inverness.
Employment
This role is a fixed‑term secondment until 22/02/2027.
