Salary: Grade 4 – £25,989 – £26,403 pro rata

Role Overview
This full‑time (30 hours per week), one‑year fixed‑term contract supports an individual pupil in the ALN team to reach their full potential. The successful candidate will promote high aspirations and support the development of confident, independent learners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and delivery of lessons and activities.
- Provide support to pupils with additional learning needs.
- Promote a positive learning environment and encourage self‑confidence.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to pupil progress.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting pupils with additional needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Welsh language skills are desirable.
