Pay Rate: £15.31 hour (Overtime after 48 hours paid at £22.97 per hour)

Are you looking for steady, well‑paid driving work in Stafford with reliable hours and a supportive transport team? We’re recruiting 7.5t Drivers for immediate starts on a long‑term, ongoing contract.

This is a full‑time 7.5t Driver role offering consistent, year‑round work. You’ll be delivering to residential addresses alongside a driver’s mate, providing a professional and friendly service on every shift.

Newly qualified drivers are welcome to apply – full training and guidance provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Safely operate a 7.5t (C1) vehicle on multi‑drop delivery routes
  • Work with a driver’s mate to complete residential deliveries
  • Carry out manual handling (handballing) safely and efficiently
  • Complete a simple driving assessment and Highway Code test before starting
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high safety standards
  • Accurately complete delivery paperwork and records

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence with 7.5t (C1) entitlement
  • Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands‑on work
  • Able to pass a client driving assessment
  • Must meet insurance requirements
  • Reliable, professional, and customer‑focused
