Full Time – Permanent – Starting September 2026.

Pay Scale: MPS1 – UPS3.

Location: Hillingdon.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead the Year 1 group and manage staff.
• Work with a passionate, driven, and supportive team.
• Focus on teaching and learning, not data.

Candidate Requirements

• UK QTS (or able to attain before September).
• A first class or 2:1 degree from a reputable university.
• Strong academic record desirable.
• Personable, enthusiastic, patient, driven and motivated.
