This is a permanent role, offering a competitive salary of £35,000 per year plus generous tips and service. Get ready to dive into a world of fresh, internationally inspired dishes, working alongside a dynamic team of 8 chefs and kitchen porters. With varying operational patterns, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your skills in a fast‑paced environment, from serving breakfast to evening meals, 7 days a week during the summer, and on weekends outside of the peak season.

Preferred Requirements
