In-store Tailor/Stylist – 10hr

Role Overview

The Levi’s® Tailor Shop offers customers the unique opportunity to customize, personalize, and repair Levi’s® products. The Tailor will work on the shop floor to adjust denim lengths, add patches or studs, take measurements for alterations, and support sales with exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and requirements for customization and tailoring on the shop floor.
• Take measurements for leg alterations in the changing rooms.
• Support the sales team with tailoring duties and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Schedule and coordinate appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists, and Store Management.

Qualifications

• Passionate about the Levi’s® brand and living its values.
• Previous tailoring experience; retail experience is a plus.
• Ability to sew and stitch to a high standard.
• Creative thinking and willingness to innovate solutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
