Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and property at all times.
• Conduct regular patrols of public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and composure.
• Monitor CCTV and security systems, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation when required.
• Support guest interactions with warmth, discretion, and a service‑first approach.
• Enforce access control for restricted areas and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest experience.
• Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activity.
• Assist with emergency procedures including evacuations, first aid, and crisis response.
• Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality.

Core Competencies

• A valid SIA licence (mandatory).
• Experience working in a 5‑star luxury hotel or similar high‑end environment.
• Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills with a polished, confident presence.
• A discreet, guest‑focused approach to security and service.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
