Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, hosts, and property at all times.
- Conduct regular patrols of public areas and back‑of‑house spaces.
- Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and guest concerns with professionalism and composure.
- Monitor CCTV and security systems, ensuring accurate reporting and escalation when required.
- Support guest interactions with warmth, discretion, and a service‑first approach.
- Enforce access control for restricted areas and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
- Collaborate with hotel departments to support smooth operations and guest experience.
- Prepare accurate reports on incidents, observations, and daily activity.
- Assist with emergency procedures including evacuations, first aid, and crisis response.
- Uphold company policies, professional appearance standards, and confidentiality.
Core Competencies
- A valid SIA licence (mandatory).
- Experience working in a 5‑star luxury hotel or similar high‑end environment.
- Strong situational awareness and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills with a polished, confident presence.
- A discreet, guest‑focused approach to security and service.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments.
