Responsibilities

• Administration of medication
• Completion of care plans
• Personal care
• Spending time with residents
• Helping to feed and bathe
• Observing and monitoring residents and staff
• Assisting residents with daily tasks
• General housekeeping duties

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months prior experience as a Senior Care Assistant
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care
• Up-to-date DBS (application supported by employer)
• Good communication skills, patience and commitment
• Driver’s licence (helpful but not required)
