A small, supportive network of secondary schools in the Pudsey area is looking for enthusiastic and reliable Cover Supervisors to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during teacher absence, following set lesson plans.
- Maintain a calm, focused learning atmosphere and manage behaviour effectively.
- Support students with tasks, encouraging engagement and independent learning.
- Adapt quickly to different subjects, year groups and school settings.
- Contribute to the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Provide clear feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress and student conduct.
Pre-requisites:
- Experience working with young people in any setting (school-based or otherwise) in the UK.
- Confident classroom presence and strong communication skills.
