Associate Lecturer in Beauty Therapy
(Ref: BRTN0597) – £26.85 to £41.87 per hour, variable hours.
Working pattern: Thursdays (time to be confirmed) – 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Responsibilities
- Teach and assess beauty therapy students, ensuring high quality provision.
- Collaborate with managers and colleagues to design, develop and review curriculum programmes.
- Respond promptly to student needs, supporting inclusive learning principles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Hold Level 4 in Beauty Therapy (including laser & IPL) and Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications.
- Hold or be willing to work towards a teaching and assessing qualification within 2 years.
- Experience and passion for beauty therapy, ideally in an educational or industry setting.
