About the Hotel
The Castle Hotel Windsor is a landmark hotel on Windsor High Street, directly opposite Windsor Castle. Positioned as The Original Local, we combine deep local knowledge with warm, confident hospitality for guests worldwide.

About The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Reception Team Member. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and positive experience. Working with the team, you will provide a warm welcome to all hotel guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming guests and managing front‑desk operations.
- Handling reservations, check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
- Providing information on hotel services and local attractions.
- Maintaining accurate records using the hotel PMS.
- Ensuring immaculate personal presentation and maintaining professional etiquette.
Qualifications
- Friendly, professional, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Immaculate personal presentation.
- Prior experience in hotel reception (preferred at four or five‑star level).
- Familiarity with a hotel PMS (advantageous).
