Teaching Assistant Level 2 (TA2) – 32.5 hours per week (2 positions available)

Term Time only plus Inset days. Monday to Friday 8.30am to 3.30pm.

Starting salary (Actual) £19,635.30. Fixed Term to 21.07.27.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with one child or a small group to help them access learning.
• Support their social and emotional development.
• Adapt activities so they can participate confidently.
• Work with the class teacher and SENCO to keep consistency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Someone warm, reliable and great with children.
• A team player happy to learn new strategies.
• SEN experience is a bonus but not essential.

Working Hours

8.30am to 3.30pm with a half‑hour unpaid lunch break. The role also includes playground duties at break (timetabled) and part lunchtime duty.
