About the role
We are looking to contract our teams for the 2026 season and are currently searching for coaches and activity leaders to join us for our holiday clubs in York at February half term, Easter, May half term and Summer (dates below).
Dates: Easter – 30th March to 17th April; May half term – 26th to 29th May; Summer – 20th July to 4th September.
We are keen to hear from candidates from sports, education and childcare setting backgrounds. You may be a student studying a sports or education related degree, a supply teacher, TA or HLTA looking for work during the holidays, you may be a sports coach working in local schools and wanting holiday club work. If you have experience working with children and sports we want to hear from you!
Our holiday clubs run every single half term. Easter and Summer – we are flexible in the work we are able to offer according to your needs. For example, you may want to work only a set half term or only a few weeks of summer; we can cater to your requirements and offer as much work as you would like.
Responsibilities
As a coach, you will be assigned a group of children to work with each day and provided with an activity timetable by your camp manager.

You will be involved during the day, taking part in dodgeball games, helping children build amazing dens, working together to solve team challenges and jumping into swimming pools.
Work alongside high qualified coaches, receive quality training and feedback whilst gaining invaluable experience in the industry. Limited placement opportunities are available, and for exceptional staff, permanent work may be available in partner schools throughout the school year.

- Experience working with children is a prerequisite.
- Coaching or teaching qualifications are desirable but not essential.
