Packing & Process Operator – 4-on/4-off Food Production

HR GO Recruitment is seeking Packing Process Operatives for a leading food production site in Bishop’s Stortford. The position offers £13.59 – £14.96 per hour with opportunities for temporary-to-permanent transfer. Operatives will work on a fixed 4 on/4 off shift schedule, either day or night.

Key responsibilities include handling ingredients, operating machinery, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Candidates with food production experience are preferred, although training will be provided.
