Role Overview

Head Chef • 40 hours per week • 7 am – 5 pm (including every other weekend) • Straight shifts, no evenings.

Job Responsibilities

• Create fresh, nutritious meals using the best fresh ingredients.
• Lead by example, mentor the culinary team and showcase high level hospitality.
• Support induction of new staff into healthcare technical skills.
• Mentor team members to progress within Aria Care’s Chef Academy.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, dietary requirements and CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a chef, especially in a leadership role.
• Passion for creating nutritious and delicious meals.
• Strong communication and creativity in meal planning.
• Understanding of dietary needs and restrictions.
