We’re looking for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a busy, high-volume restaurant in New Milton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident chef who thrives under pressure and is passionate about delivering high-quality, fine dining standards in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on offer:

• Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 per year
• Tips: £4,000 – £5,000 annually
• Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
• Working Schedule: 5 days out of 7
• On-site accommodation available (if required)

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume kitchen
• Strong fine dining background is essential
• Ability to stay calm and deliver consistently under pressure
• A hands‑on leader with excellent organisational skills
• Passion for high-quality food and team development
