Job Description:

The Educational and Research Administrative Assistant will support the Head of Education as well as other members of the King’s International team in Wimbledon, in our work with our international partner schools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assistwith organising educational events such asteach meets and online webinars
  • Assistwith staff and student collaborations andcompetitions
  • Assistwith getting feedback on collaborationopportunities and conduct data analysis
  • Assistwith updating the King’s Internationalhandbook
  • Produce reports based on educational data analysisfor sharing with senior team members
  • Support theadministrateside of educational qualityaudits
  • Proactively keep the team up to date withinternational research developments by engagingwith a variety of sources and distilling keyinformation and developments
  • Assistwith organising visits to King’s Wimbledonfrom teachers and students at our international
  • Help with King’s International marketing activities
  • Assistwith exploring potential new partnershipsglobally by:
  • research new markets,partnershipsand investors
  • collating information for potential partners
  • Produce an annual policy pack for existing partners
  • Assistwith marketing tasks and proofing of marketsof overseas schools
  • Help with conducting visits to King’s both from existingand potential new partners
  • Assistwith providing information on King’sWimbledon and our international schools fortender packs, award entries etc.
  • Benchmark competitor income from internationalschool
  • A calm, highly efficient and organised individual whocan work under pressure
  • Excellent ICT skills and knowledge of softwaresuchasMS Office
  • Self-motivated; able to work on their own initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Effective written communication skills andaproactiveapproach to organisation and planning

Terms and Conditions

  • Start date: Start of Academic Year 2026/27
  • Normal working week: Monday to Friday duringterm-time (08:00 – 16:30) and an agreednumber ofweeks to be worked during school holidays
  • Fixed term of 11 months (September 2026 to July 2027)
  • Optionto work remotely during school holiday
