Availability Window: Sun 08:00-18:00, Mon 09:00-13:00, Tue 08:00-20:00, Fri 09:00-19:00, Sat 19:00-23:00.
Rate of pay starts from £14.18 an hour, increasing to £15.45 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours weekly, with options for as few as 12 hours.
We schedule contracted hours within the availability windows and give 3 weeks’ notice.

Responsibilities include:
- Ensure van and trays are clean, tidy, and organised.
- Keep the back yard clean, tidy and free of rubbish; pick up litter when seen.
- Wash trays as part of the tray wash process.
- Load the van as required and check roadworthiness.
- Communicate with customers about changes to their order, short codes, substitutions, and refunds.
- Treat products/deliveries with care.
- Inform customers about substitution charges.
- Deliver during the customers’ time slot.
- Call the customer before arrival if early.
- Call the store if running 30+ minutes late.
Qualifications and personal attributes:
- Build relationships with colleagues and foster team spirit.
- Be warm and welcoming; thank customers.
- Respond quickly to changing needs and embrace change.
- Energetic and driven, balancing home and work.
- Share improvement ideas with managers and colleagues.
- Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) with at least 12 months’ experience, no more than 3 penalty points.
