Pay Begins at £14.18/hour, increases to £15.45/hour for stores inside M25; additional payments may apply based on location.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with flexible options for as few as 12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the van and trays are clean, tidy and organised.
• Maintain a clean, litter‑free back yard.
• Participate in tray wash routine.
• Load the van and check roadworthiness.
• Communicate any order changes or substitutions to customers.
• Handle deliveries with care and treat items as your own.
• Explain that customers won’t be charged for substitutions.
• Deliver within the customer’s time slot.
• Call customers before arrival if early.
• Notify store or centre if running 30+ minutes late.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Build team relationships and support store performance.
• Deliver courteous customer service and express gratitude.
• Respond quickly to changing customer needs.
• Energetic, driven, and capable of balancing work and life.
• Share improvement ideas with managers and colleagues.
• Valid UK/EU/EEA driving licence (Full or Automatic) held for 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points.
• Minimum age 18 for roles requiring early or late hours or specific work areas.
